About Heather

I was born in Dundee, Scotland and met my husband Ron at a dance in Carnoustie while I was still in High School. Four years later we married. We had three sons Stuart, Kenneth, Andrew and lived in three different countries Scotland, New Zealand, and USA.

We have been blessed with four grandchildren, Isabella born January, 2007, Connor, born August, 2009, Callum born December 2014, and Ainsley born April 2017.

I have worked most of my life as a Histologist doing research and worked as a Pathologist Assistant at a local hospital until my retirement in June 2017. My husband Ron and I are also dorm parents at a boarding school outside of Boston. I get so much pleasure out of all aspects of my life but what gives me a lot of Joy is making crafts, creating parties and writing.This part of my life was on the " back burner" for a number of years but, in March 2010, one year after the death of our son Kenneth I decided that life should have more Joy.
